Project Management


The team at Tropikah prioritise climate and client with each and every project we undertake. Our team members respectfully guide the new property owner through the journey from design, fabrication, construction and landscaping to living light in the tropics.

Seven-step selection schedule

  1. Website provides all essential information and is the first point of contact for people considering a more sustainable life in the tropics.
  2. Additional information will be shared by email and in meetings. Visits to an existing property can be arranged. 
  3. Floorpan and cost estimates (house only) provided for the chosen configuration (delivery & construction not costed)
  4. Survey of land (fee applies). Logistics and site construction costs estimated.
  5. Itemised project quotation provided: materials, fabrication, joinery, transport, construction, landscaping.
  6. Contact signed and deposit paid  
  7. Project schedule provided including dates for approval and payment.
